This kind of fabric is one of the main products of Trico warp knitting machine.

It is mostly produced on Trico warp knitting machines with machine numbers E28 and E32.

It is usually woven with 2 ~ 4 comb bars.

Usually, the velvet yarn is arranged on the front comb to make a long needle back traverse.

In the finishing, the pile yarn floating thread on the reverse surface of the fabric process is pulled into a circle or broken through the needle cloth of the wool drawing machine to form the pile effect.
