Classification of brushed fabrics

There are many kinds of brushed fabrics, including pure cotton, cotton polyester, cotton wool and wool.

Brushed fabric is a fabric effect, not a fabric component, so it can not be distinguished from, nylon and nylon.

The brushed fabric is a cotton fabric in which the fiber of the yarn body is pulled out of the yarn body through the roughing machine and evenly covered on the fabric surface, so that the fabric presents rich fluff.

The fuzzing of flannelette depends on the repeated action of the steel wire tip of the flannelette machine for many times.

The fuzz formed by pulling up part of the fiber on the gray cloth surface is required to be short and uniform.

The brushed fabric comprises a brushed fabric body, which is characterized in that the surface of the brushed fabric body is provided with a fluff layer, the fluff layer includes a pattern area and a non pattern area, and the fluff direction of the pattern area is opposite to that of the non pattern area.

The fluff direction of the pattern area of the fabric opposite to the non pattern area highlights the three-dimensional feeling of the pattern in the pattern area, which is full of fashion.

Brushed fabrics can be widely used in clothing, curtains, scarves, bags, toys, decorations, bedding, etc., belonging to the field of textile fabrics.

Washing method of brushed fabric

1. Wash the neutral washing powder or soap flakes with hot water, mix well, and mix them with cold water to about 30 degrees.

2. First soak the clothes with clean water, and then put them into the washing solution to knead and lift them up and down repeatedly to make the dust and dirt in the fluff flow out.

Where there is a lot of dust on the collar and cuffs, you can also wipe some soap and scrub it by hand.

3. Rinse the washed clothes with clean water, and then squeeze to remove the water. Do not twist them strongly.

It is best to lay them flat when drying, and stroke them by hand from top to bottom to make the fluff smooth initially.
When it is 70% dry, use a soft brush to smooth the fluff to make it smooth.

4. Then hang it on a clothes hanger until it is completely dry.

In this way, not only the plush is as fluffy as new, but also the shape of the clothes remains unchanged.
If the washing parts are dry without time to smooth the plush, you can smoke them on the steam, brush the plush immediately while it is damp, or smooth the plush.

Differences among fleece, brushed, polar fleece and coral fleece

Fleece, brushed, polar fleece, coral fleece and other velvet fabrics have different names, but most of them are made of polyester fiber.

The reason why the cashmere state is different is that the processing technology is slightly different.

Polyester fiber is a general term of synthetic fiber, which is actually polyester.

At present, most polyester fiber velvet fabrics seen in the market need to be brushed first, and then cut.

The lining of common fleece sweaters and many overcoats is processed in this way. Some also need ironing, such as velvet products for thermal underwear.

Polar fleece is obtained by polar processing on the basis of fleece pulling and shearing, and small fleeces are formed on the surface, so it is called polar fleece.

It has good hand feel and more elasticity.

It generally won’t pilling when wearing. It is a good product with high quality and low price. It is often used to make coats and blankets.

The composition of coral velvet is usually polyester, which is slightly longer.

It is mainly used to make bedding, children’s clothes and pajamas. It has soft feel, washable, antistatic and low price.
